1. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS

In exceptional cases, products may not be available, but another producer can deliver the same product in the same quality (same quality seal). In this case, you will receive an information e-mail informing you of the exchange. If you do not agree to the exchange, simply inform us by e-mail (info@jcocos.ch) or by telephone that you do not wish this and we will delete the product from your shopping basket. We are entitled to make partial deliveries and partial services at any time, provided that these are reasonable for you. If we make partial deliveries, we will bear the additional postage costs.

3. RIGHT OF REVOCATION
The exercise of the right of withdrawal leads to the conversion of the purchase contract into a rescission relationship, according to which the services received under the purchase contract must be refunded. The customer must return the goods received with the original packaging to J'COCOS GmbH within 7 days of declaring the revocation. The costs of the return shipment shall be borne by the customer.
