Note: To fully savor the delicate flavors of miso, we recommend arriving with an empty or light stomach and avoiding foods with strong scents or heavy spices prior to the workshop. ^^
What to bring:
• A clean glass container larger than 1100ml
• An apron or clothes that can get dirty
• Pen and paper
The workshop includes:
• Tasting: Amazake, a variety of miso, and more
• Making your own 1kg of miso to take home (bring your own container or purchase one for CHF 5.- on spot)
• A few small miso dishes, including miso soup with lots of vegetables (vegan)
The miso you craft during this workshop is equivalent to premium-quality craft miso in specialty stores. This makes the workshop an enriching experience and an incredible value for miso lovers.
