The coconut flower extracted from the Nectar is a delicious substitute for industrially produced sugar and the perfect honey substitute for vegans. It does not taste of coconut, but reminds of molasses in taste and can be used to prepare cakes, chocolates, granolas and cookies or to sweeten tea and coffee. It is ideal as a spread on bread.
